OUR MISSION

Vintage Designs is a specialist store based in Amsterdam dedicated to designer vintage furniture. Founded in 2015 by Bart van der Linden, the store’s mission is to offer high quality, designer pieces from the second half of 20th century. 

While placing a particular emphasis on Bauhaus-inspired design, most of Vintage Designs’ items are vintage and have been restored to their original beauty in-house. 

The store focuses in particular on Czechoslovakian design. Although this style remained forgotten for several decades, recently it has been attracting a cult following due to possessing many timeless features. Marked by modern aesthetic, gentle curves, elegant simplicity and exceptional manufacturing, Czechoslovakian furniture was designed to last for generations.

Vintage Designs aims to source the most interesting mid-century furniture and to inspire those wishing to create their own distinctive interiors.
